Improve outcomes in the Y1 Phonic screening check.

Improve the percentage of children in KS1 meeting the target for RWI in their year group.

Curriculum

Embed curriculum offer for beyond the NC including the Woodthorpe promise to all pupils.

To effectively identify,  teach and revisit sticky knowledge so that it is committed to pupils’ long-term memory.

To focus on targeted improvement in  four foundation subjects as part of our three year strategic plan

To enhance our outdoor area provision to: improve the gross motor skills and core body strength of children across KS1.

To ensure that all staff in school are fully equipped to recognise common symptoms of SEMH af to know what to do if they have identified a developing problem.
